Please note we only accept booking of two nights or more during high season.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
• Check in opens at 15.00 hours  closes  23.00 hours
• Check out    is 10.00 AM

Deposit Payment Policy
 No deposit will be charged. Payment on arrival/departure. (credit card may be pre-authorised prior to arrival). Card details held as room guarantee to the value of 150.00 GBP per room booked.  Bookings made by phone will carry a cancellation charge as stated at time of booking

 All major credit cards accepted.  

Internet.

• Wi-fi and wired internet is available and is free of charge.
• Guest XP work-station situated in bar area.

Meal Plan

• Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

              Breakfast served from 07.45 to  09.00

              Early departure breakfast trays on request.

              Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 4.00 per person.

• Dinner is served.  19.30 hours to 21.00 hours.
• Bar hours 19.30 to 23.00 hours.

Parking  :   On street permit parking available, (10.00 GBP refundable deposit required).

General/ services

Laundry, Ironing, shoe shine, packed lunches, fax/photocopying, ticket service.

How to find All Seasons

By road: coming along the promenade from the sea terminal, fall into the left hand lane as you pass the Gaiety Theatre, and turn of Central prom by the Villa Marina.

You are now on Broadway travel up the hill,  we are on your left third from the top of the row, LOOK OUT for our AA SIGN.
